Excursion USA 1999

In 1999 the Institute of Mining Engineering I, together with 14 students and research assistants, undertook a field trip to the United States of America from March 7th to March 21st. 14 visits to the businesses of the mining ancillary industries, governmental research institutions, universities as well as to mine sites of different mining branches were made all together to provide the attendees with a better insight of American mining and adjacent industries.
